YES! Come
by and see us! We're located at 5711 Carmel Ave, NE, Ste. B,
in Albuquerque, NM. Two blocks North of Paseo Del Norte NE and
one block West of San Pedro NE. Shop hours are Mon-Sat 9am-5pm,
Sundays by appointment.

- Does Southwest Decoratives
publish a print catalog?
At this time we do not
have a print catalog.
- What are your phone order
business hours?
Phone calls are anwered
personally, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, Mountain Standard Time. You
can leave voice orders, faxed orders and secure online orders,
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Do you have kits for all
your patterns?
We can kit any of our
patterns upon request. Please call or write for prices if you
are interested in buying a kit for a pattern, but dont
see an ordering number, or price. I'll try to match your color
theme preference if the colors you want dont match a photo.
Any color theme is available for any pattern kit you wish to
buy.

- Our shipping and handling
charges are calculated on the total cost of your order, not the
weight, or "just the postage" cost. Because we are
a small company in a very niche market, the cost of doing business
is much higher than high volume fabric businesses. Mail order
has many hidden service costs, it does not compare in any way
to regular retail. In fact, if you can find any of our products
in your local quilt shop, we recommend you make your purchases
within your comfortable driving range. We appreciate your on-line
business and make every effort to get all in-stock orders processed
and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. If we have questions
concerning your order, we call and e-mail you the details within
24 hours of receipt. We use the US Postal Service, as time wise,
on a coast to coast basis, they are the fastest and most reliable
over all. All orders weighing over 13 ounces are shipped Priority
Mail and our customers delight in the fact that their orders
arrive so quickly.
- What is your company policy
on returns?
All of our products are
guaranteed. However, copyright items such as patterns and books
are not returnable due to copyright laws. If you are not satisfied
with your fabric or kit purchase, we will promptly refund your
credit card, issue you a credit for purchases made by check or
money order, or exchange for other merchandise if returned within
30 days with a copy of your invoice. Shipping/handling
charges are NOT refundable.
- I own a quilt shop. Do you
wholesale your patterns?
Yes. Southwest Decoratives
is a distributor for over a dozen pattern companies. All patterns
shown in our catalog are available for wholesale. Please call
or write us for further details on minimums, etc. Please include
your Tax I.D. number when making wholesale inquiries.
- I have a Southwestern pattern,
project or product Id like to have considered to be included
in your catalog. Do you accept new designers?
If you have a pattern,
cross-stitch chart or other Southwest themed craft kit that you
would like to have included in our catalog, please mail a sample
of your pattern, etc., to my office at the address above, attention
Mary-Jo McCarthy. You will be contacted if I agree your design(s)
fits our format, and will receive further information about the
requirements for being represented both on-line and in our retail
shop.
