* All purchases of copyrighted items (patterns, books, charts, etc.) are a final sale. No returns are permitted.
* All discounted, or sale day items are a final sale. No returns are permitted.
* Items returned must be in same condition when bought. Cut, torn, bent, or washed items will not be accepted for returns.
* Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by our store's register receipt. No exceptions.
Payment in full is required to reserve a class. Class fees are non-refundable unless cancelled by SW Decoratives or one full week notice is provided by attendee, in which case a substitute date for a future class can be reserved. If no future class date can be arranged, we will issue a store credit for the class fee, but not a cash refund. If a class date is cancelled by attendee within 7 days of the class date, substitute dates will be offered, but no store credit or cash refund will be given. Please come to class fully prepared and ready to have fun. Supply lists are provided at time of sign-up.
